  • IELTS on Computer & Paper: Cancellation requests can generally be made when the test date is at least 9 days away. Requests require supporting documents and are subject to test center approval.
  • Refund After Cancellation: If the cancellation is approved, the refund is processed after applicable administrative charges are deducted.
  • IELTS for UKVI & Life Skills: The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your test:
  • More than 14 days before the test: 75% refund of the test fee.
  • Within 14 days but more than 2 days before the test: 50% refund.
  • Within 2 days of the test: 25% refund.
  • On or after the test day: No refund is provided.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Cases such as serious medical conditions, bereavement, significant hardship or trauma, and military service may be considered by the test center. Supporting evidence is required, and approval is at the center’s discretion.
