Terms & Condition

Welcome to Gurully Technologies LLP (“Gurully”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, registering, or using our platform, products, mock tests, mobile applications, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

If you are using Gurully on behalf of an institution or company, you must have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.

2.2 Name Cannot Be Changed After Signup

Once you enter your name while creating your Gurully account, you cannot change it later under any circumstances.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

3. Subscription & Access

Gurully offers platform access through subscription packages with validity based on days.

3.1 Package Validity

Each package has a different validity period:

  • 7 Days
  • 15 Days
  • 30 Days
  • 60 Days

Validity starts immediately upon successful purchase and activation.

3.2 Expiry

  • Access expires automatically once the subscription period ends.
  • Unused days, unused attempts, or inactivity cannot be carried forward or compensated.

3.3 Non-Transferability

Subscriptions and test attempts are strictly non-transferable.

4. AI Scoring Disclaimer

Our platform uses advanced AI models to evaluate speaking, writing, reading, and listening tasks.

While Gurully aims to provide the closest possible approximation to official exam scoring, AI results may not be identical to actual exam scores.

They should be used only for practice and guidance.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Gurully follows a strict ZERO REFUND POLICY.

  • No refunds under any circumstances.
  • No cancellations, reversals, or package modifications are allowed once a purchase is completed.
  • Incorrect selection of package, dissatisfaction, or non-usage does not qualify for a refund.
  • Once you have paid for a package or attempted a free test, you cannot switch between different products or packages. Each purchase is final and non-transferable.
  • For the best user experience, Gurully should be accessed on a laptop or desktop using the Google Chrome browser. A wired headset with a microphone is required for proper audio recording and evaluation. Use of other devices or browsers is not supported and may result in functionality or performance issues.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Gateways Used

We accept online payments through:

  • Razorpay
  • Stripe
  • PayTM (Depending on your region.)

6.2 Failed or Pending Payments

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be handled directly by the payment gateway according to their policies.

7. Coupons, Discounts & Vouchers

  • Gurully may offer discount codes from time to time.
  • Codes must be used before their expiry date.
  • Codes cannot be combined.
  • Gurully reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice.

8. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including mock tests, questions, analytics, videos, explanations, dashboards, and UI/UX—is the exclusive property of Gurully Technologies LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content.
  • Use the platform for commercial training unless explicitly authorized.

Unauthorized usage may lead to account suspension and legal action.

9. White-Label & Partner Panels

For institutes, teachers, and enterprise partners:

  • White-label dashboards, partner accounts, and institute panels fall under these same Terms.
  • Access, pricing, validity, and usage rules are defined in the partner agreement and are binding.
  • No ownership rights of Gurully’s business, content, or scoring models are transferred.

10. Data Privacy & User Information

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Account Deletion Policy

Account cannot be deleted if:

  • You have taken the free mock test, or
  • You have purchased any package at any time.

This is necessary to maintain platform integrity, scoring data, and internal audit logs.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Gurully reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse of platform content
  • Attempting to manipulate scores
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks

No refunds are applicable in such cases

12. Service Availability

  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
  • Gurully is not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (internet issues, device malfunctions, ISP failures, etc.).

13. Limitation of Liability

Gurully is not responsible for:

  • Your performance in the official PTE/IELTS/DET/CELPIP exams
  • Any academic or immigration outcome
  • Loss of data due to device issues
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to:

  • Ahmedabad jurisdiction, and
  • Under the authority of the Gujarat High Court.

15. Updates to Terms

Gurully may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued usage implies acceptance.
