The overall PTE Academic score is calculated on a scale of 10–90 by combining your performance across all four communicative skills: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening. Each task contributes to multiple skills, and the final score is the weighted average of all tasks.
7 each usually refers to achieving IELTS band 7 in every module. In PTE Academic, this is roughly equivalent to a score of 65–72 in each section (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening).
