We reserve the right to alter, modify, delete, change or add any of our content for reasonable reasons anytime without any prior notice.

You shall understand that you are allowed to use our website for legal use only. If you find yourself guilty of introducing any malicious technology Trojans, worms, viruses, and logic bombs over our website, the company is accountable to take proper action against you. Furthermore, any unauthorized access will be seized immediately.

All the rewards will be forfeited without any notice if you are found guilty of doing any malpractice. Please refer to the rewards point calculation in your profile. Please note Gurully has the right to change the earning program without prior notice, so please always check the reward point calculation in your profile.

You need to provide valid documents for raising the withdrawal request. If you are unable to provide the necessary documents, you will not be entitled to the rewards earned.

The standard deduction will be done on earnings as per the Income Tax of India under Section 194H for Commission or Brokerage for Indian Customers for each withdrawal request. You will also need to provide your Pan Card details to raise the withdrawal request.

You cannot combine the reward points of two referrals account. If you have created multiple accounts for referral accounts, your one account will be canceled and all the earnings will be deemed as zero.
